How much is a website?

Well, we can give you a small website for just £450 right up to projects that are over £10,000.  It really depends on your requirements.  We will NEVER sell you something you don’t need.  Come and have a chat.

How much is SEO?

Our SEO set up fee is based on the number of pages within your website.  Regardless of how large or small your website is, the core processes are the same.  Prices start from £450

Do we write the content for your website?

Now why would we do that when you know your business better than anyone else?  Need some help… happy to assist with copy writing but you need to give us the bare bones first and we will charge for this.

Will we come & take the photos for your website?

Absolutely not!  David Bailey we ain’t 🙂  Employ a professional, explain that you need images for your new website, ask them to give us a shout if they want more direction.

What are our payment terms & additional fees?

For new projects we ask for 50% deposit for all services and the balance 50% on completion of all initial work.  For monthly invoicing we bill monthly in arrears and ask for payment within 30 days.

Do we offer payment plans?

We can split website build costs across 3 months to make things easier but request balance of payment before a website launches.

Are there additional fees to think about?

Yes there are.  You need to pay for your domain name, your hosting, monthly maintenance fees and any additional advertising such as SEO or PPC

Why do we ask you to buy your own domain & hosting?

We like to cut out the middle man (that’s us) but don’t worry, we will point you in the right direction, you just have to pay the bill and we’ll do all the rest

Why do we charge a monthly maintenance fee?

WordPress is constantly evolving, updataing and upgrading and we want you to have the most up to date version that suits your website.

How much is our monthly maintenance fee?

Depending on the size of your website it will be £50 or £75.  We charge this monthly in arrears

What’s included in a monthly maintenance fee?

All plugin and WordPress version updates.  Security monitoring.  Daily and weekly offsite backups.  Small text and image changes.

What are PPC monitoring fees?

If we have set up a Google Ads campaign for you, we always think it best that we keep an eye on it for you at least for the initial month to make adjustments or fix any issues that arise.  This takes time and therefore costs money.

Are we available 24 hours a day 7 days a week?

Well the short answer is a definite no, however, if something happens over a weekend that is affecting your website and it is in our remit to fix it then of course we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Do we run a ticket system for support issues?

No we don’t, we are not keen on them.  We’d much rather you call us or better still drop us an email and we can work our way through the to do list.
